Terms and Conditions for The Wedding Launchers Program

By proceeding with your enrollment and payment for The Wedding Launchers Program, you (the “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Currency: All payments for The Wedding Launchers Program are to be made in USD (U.S. Dollars).
Payment Method: Payments can be made via the available payment methods listed during checkout.
Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable, except for valid claims made under our 30-Day Guarantee.

Eligibility: Clients are eligible for the 30-Day Guarantee if they email info@theweddinglaunchers.com within the first 30 days of their enrollment, submitting all completed homework assignments and fulfilling the guarantee request form.
Conditions for Refund: To qualify for the refund under the 30-Day Guarantee, clients must show evidence of completing required work and demonstrate that they have engaged in the program.
Active Participation Requirement: If you do not actively participate or complete the required assignments within the first 30 days, you will not qualify for the guarantee. Refunds are based on genuine value received and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Discretion: Refunds are a privilege and are not guaranteed. They will be evaluated based on the extent to which the client has received value from the program. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of The Wedding Launchers team.

No Guarantee of Results: While we provide tools, strategies, and support to assist in your business growth, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or financial results from participating in The Wedding Launchers Program. Your success is dependent on your efforts, participation, and application of the provided materials.
Liability: The Wedding Launchers is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or other claims arising from your participation in the program. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, business disruption, or damage to reputation.

Program Materials: All program materials, including videos, worksheets, templates, and course content, are the exclusive property of The Wedding Launchers and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without permission.
Usage Rights: By enrolling in the program, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the content.

Non-Disclosure: Any proprietary or confidential information shared during the program is protected by a non-disclosure agreement. You agree not to share or disclose confidential information obtained from the program with any third parties.

Professional Conduct: The Wedding Launchers reserves the right to remove any participant from the program who engages in harassment, disruptive behavior, or violations of our code of conduct. We prioritize creating a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
Commitment: By enrolling, you confirm your commitment to engage fully in the program, complete assignments on time, and participate in the community. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program without refund.

Right to Modify: The Wedding Launchers reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any part of the program, including content, duration, and pricing, at any time. You will be notified of such changes, and modifications will not impact your access to previously purchased materials.

Personal Information: By enrolling, you consent to The Wedding Launchers collecting and storing your personal information, including email addresses and payment details, for the purpose of delivering the program and communications.
Data Security: We take reasonable precautions to protect your data; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Program Access Termination: If you fail to adhere to the terms of the program, engage in unethical behavior, or otherwise breach this agreement, The Wedding Launchers reserves the right to terminate your access to the program, with or without notice. No refund will be issued in such cases.
